Connect Klaviyo to ShopSheets in 3 clicks

Pull every Klaviyo metric into Google Sheets, alongside your Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Shopify data — without writing queries or exporting CSVs.

1. Open the Connection modal

From your ShopSheets Dashboard, click Add connection. In the modal, pick Klaviyo from the platform list.

2. Authorize on Klaviyo

Click Continue with Klaviyo. You'll be sent to Klaviyo's authorization page. Sign in with the Klaviyo account that owns the data you want to report on, then approve the requested scopes:

  • accounts:read
  • campaigns:read
  • flows:read
  • forms:read
  • lists:read
  • metrics:read
  • profiles:read
  • segments:read
  • tags:read

Every scope is read-only. ShopSheets cannot create campaigns, edit profiles, or send messages — it only reads data on your behalf.

3. Pick metrics + dimensions

Klaviyo redirects you back to ShopSheets and the connection appears in your Dashboard. Open the ShopSheets Sheets sidebar in any Google Sheet and pick:

  • A query level — campaign, flow, form, segment, profile, or list.
  • Dimensions — Date / Year / Month / Week, Campaign or Flow metadata, Profile attributes, attribution breakdowns (Attributed Channel / Flow / Message), or Form / Segment / List metadata.
  • Metrics — 135 supported, including campaign + flow performance (Sent / Opens / Clicks / Conversions / Revenue per recipient), event aggregates (Placed Order / Viewed Product / Active on Site), retention attribution windows, and computed ratios (Opens per Received, etc.).

Click Run and rows land in your sheet. Schedule it to refresh hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly from the same sidebar.

What's covered

  • 135 metrics across campaign / flow performance, forms, segments, ecommerce events, retention, and computed ratios
  • 99 dimensions across time, account, campaign, flow, list, segment, form, profile, and attribution breakdowns
  • OAuth-only — read-only scopes, refresh token rotation, revoke any time from your Klaviyo account
  • Scheduled refresh — hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or on-demand

Troubleshooting

  • Authorization failed. Confirm your Klaviyo account has at least Manager role and that you approved every scope when prompted.
  • A metric returns zeros. The handler returns 0 when there's no Klaviyo data in the date range. Try a wider window (e.g. last 90 days) or check Klaviyo's UI for the same metric directly.
  • Token expired. ShopSheets auto-refreshes Klaviyo OAuth tokens. If you see an "expired refresh token" error after 60+ days of inactivity, disconnect and re-authorize from the Dashboard.
